Service description

TechSync PayPal Tracking connects Shopify and PayPal to synchronize shipping tracking data for eligible PayPal-paid orders.

Merchant responsibilities

• Connect only PayPal accounts you are authorized to use.
• Provide accurate carrier and tracking data.
• Comply with Shopify, PayPal, and applicable legal requirements.
• Keep your store and account credentials secure.

Data and account access

By using the app, you authorize processing of the data required for synchronization and operation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and dependencies

The service depends on third-party systems (Shopify, PayPal, hosting infrastructure). Availability may be affected by outages, API limits, policy checks, or connectivity issues beyond our direct control.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, when applicable, are billed via Shopify billing. Merchants manage charges and app subscriptions through Shopify Admin.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating use.
• No attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
• No use of the app for data you are not authorized to process.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided as-is for tracking synchronization. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party platform-related damages.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, legal risk, or policy non-compliance.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law and applicable European Union law. Competent courts in Portugal apply unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page.
