Use of the app

TechSync PayPal Tracking is provided to Shopify merchants to sync Shopify fulfillment tracking information to PayPal for eligible PayPal-paid orders.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for:

• Connecting an authorized PayPal account.
• Ensuring tracking numbers and carrier information are accurate.
• Using the app only for orders and data they are authorized to manage.
• Maintaining compliance with Shopify and PayPal policies.

Service availability

The app depends on Shopify, PayPal, hosting, and network services. Sync attempts may fail or be delayed if any dependent service is unavailable or rejects a request.

Billing

Any paid plan for this app must be billed through Shopify's approved billing flow. Merchants can manage app charges from Shopify Admin.

Limitation

The app is provided as a tracking sync tool. It does not process payments, issue refunds, or guarantee PayPal account outcomes.
