What the app does

TechSync PayPal Tracking helps Shopify merchants send fulfillment tracking information from Shopify to PayPal after a PayPal-paid order is fulfilled.

Information we process

The app may process the following information:

• Shopify shop domain and app session data.
• PayPal account email and OAuth tokens authorized by the merchant.
• Order identifiers, fulfillment tracking numbers, and carrier names.
• Sync logs, including success or error messages.

How information is used

Information is used to connect the merchant's Shopify store to their PayPal account, send tracking updates to PayPal, display sync history, and troubleshoot failed sync attempts.

Sharing information

The app sends tracking information to PayPal only when required to perform the sync requested by the merchant. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

App session data, PayPal connection data, carrier mappings, and sync logs are retained while the merchant uses the app. Merchants can request deletion of app data by contacting support.
